Students’ Council is the decision-making body of the Students' Association of NorQuest College. As such, all Students’ Councillors have a clearly defined governance role that focuses on the organization as a whole.

Students’ Council has 10 seats. All Students’ Councillors, regardless of seat, are entitled to a single vote at Students’ Council meetings.
